Eikowa return policy

Placing an order on www.eikowa.com constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase. Unless rescinded/cancelled by Eikowa within 5 working days on account of a default by the Seller or any prior or continuing breach by the buyer, such acceptance results in an enforceable contract of sale.

Eikowa policy in case an artwork is received damaged

We, at Eikowa make sure to deliver the order in pristine condition for 100% customer satisfaction. If however, by any chance you find your order to be damaged or impaired, we provide complete cooperation from our end.

If the artwork received is damaged, please follow the steps mentioned below to initiate a return:

Step 1 – Within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the artwork, please take photos of damaged artwork and packaging and email these photos to support@eikowa.com.
Step 2 - Save original packaging
Step 3 -  On receiving the mail, an Eikowa representative will contact you within 2 days to discuss next steps
Step 4 – Please make sure you repackage the artwork using the original packaging. If you have not retained the original packing material, please purchase some and repack the artwork. Refer to our Packaging Guidelines at www.eikowareturnguidelinesforpackaging.com for instructions on how to safely package artwork for shipment. We will arrange for the artwork to be picked up at a date and time of your choosing.
Step 5 - In case you need further assistance, please call +91-9643700787 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST Monday through Saturday or email us at support@eikowa.com.
Step 6 – Once the piece reaches us safely, Eikowa.com will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 10-15 business days of your merchandise return.

 

Note: A refund/credit note will be processed only for damaged artworks and NOT because the buyer did not like the artwork.

Eikowa policy in case a wrong product is delivered

If the artwork received is different from that ordered, please follow the steps given below to initiate a return:

Step 2 - Save original packaging
Step 3 -  On receiving the mail, an Eikowa support representative will contact you within 2 days to discuss next steps
